Heidi trained at North London Dance Studios, where she studied Musical Theatre. Since graduating from dance college, Heidi has performed professionally with artists including The Saturdays, Tinie Tempah, and McFly, and worked as a Virgin Money dancer for Sir Richard Branson. She was also a proud member of the Saracens Sensations cheerleading squad for many years.

Heidi brings extensive teaching experience, working with children of all ages as well as adults. She has taught in schools, nurseries, and a variety of community projects, sharing her passion for dance in inclusive and supportive environments.

At the heart of it all is Xpression Dance — Heidi’s true passion. She believes every child should feel welcomed, valued, and encouraged, which is why Xpression is more than a dance school; it’s one big family where everyone supports one another.
